Who we are and what we can do for you
We provide guidance and advise to homeowners for dealing with the devastation caused by hurricanes Helene and Milton. We help connect-the-dots between you, contractors, municipalities, and insurance companies. We are seasoned current or former Florida real estate developers with over 80 years of combined experience. In addition, we actually own homes on the barrier islands so we have practical experience with the services outlined below. Our service areas are primarily Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. We can do this either onsite, or by a zoom call and we are available 7 days per week including evenings. We have a flat hourly rate fee structure which we have reduced 55% to for the foreseeable future.
IMPORTANT NOTE: we are not FL licensed GC's, Inspectors, or Mold Remediation Specialists, however we can provide referrals for those licensees.
